Stan Bernshteyn has been managing multifamily properties for BMI Management since its origin in 2001. Stan obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Information and Decision Science & Business Management from the University of Illinois.
He has extensive experience in all aspects of apartment & property management, including tenant relations, maintenance and repairs, advertising, leasing, and owner consultation. Stan has served on various real estate committees over the years. Stan is a Licensed Real Estate Leasing Agent with the State of Illinois, a member of the National Association of Realty Property Management.

Alexander Narod, CPA, has been working in the accounting and tax related fields for over 25 years.
He obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from University of Illinois at Chicago, and passed the Certified Public Accountant exam, scoring in the top 95% of the country on Individual Income Taxes.
Having worked in various sectors, including not-for-profit and private industry, he now concentrates on the Public Accounting sector and has been doing so for over twenty five years.

Natasha has been with BMI for the three years and has been a vital member BMI’s team. Natasha oversees all BMI accounting and bookkeeping operations. Natasha brings over 10 years of accounting experience across many different verticals.

Maintenance Director
Gary has been a resident of Champaign-Urbana community for over 25 years and has participated in many community programs.
He has been with BMI for the last five years and has been a vital asset to our company. He manages a team of people including cleaning crew, grounds keep, common area maintenance, landscaping, and a crew of handymen that are on call 24 hours a day to serve our tenants requests.
